DEPOSIT

A deposit is required at the time of reservation equal to
half of the total rent. The balance is due upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposits are subject to a 50% penalty if the vacancy
cannot be refilled. Return of deposits made by credit cards will be less the credit card fees plus a $25 processing fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE ANY CABINS
 		Check in: Saturday after 2 p.m.
Check out: Saturday before 9 a.m.
Short Stays: Check in/out are flexible.
Generally, weeks run Saturday to Saturday.
Mini-vacations as available.
Pets allowed with permission: $75/week - $15/day

6.5% sales tax & 3% bed tax not included.
$5 per person for day visitors.
No charge for children under two years of age.

  • All cabins are equipped for light housekeeping with heat, showers,
        bedding, and fan.
  • Kitchens are fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker,
        toaster, microwave, dishes, pots & pans and silverware.
  • Bring your own bath towels, soap and shampoo.
  • Towels available if needed.
  • For those who don't wish to cook, there are 3 restaurants
        within one and a half miles.
